This is the best fiber supplement I’ve ever used. It contains multiple types of fiber and helps sweep away toxins and waste. And, it helps you to be more “regular” in the bathroom. Lol! You do need to belong to Melaleuca to buy it. I take this every day!!

I haven’t finished a whole container yet, but so far I do feel like it is flushing out toxins, you have to drink it fast though as it will start to solidify a bit.

So much better than the grocery store brands and major brands. Doesn’t have the chalky taste. You do have to drink it fast like all other brands or it gobs up. Fills you up so you don’t eat as much and keeps your system “moving” when used regularly. Only drawback is having to be a shopping club member to get it

I drink melaleuca’s fiberwise drink every morning and absolutely love it! It has a great taste and keeps me feeling good in the gut! It doesn’t dissolve very well so it is something you have to drink quickly after stirring into some water but I recommend this for anyone that has problems gut health!

Just like any fiber supplement, it’s a little gritty, but not too bad. You just need to drink right away and shake a few times in between sips.
